Project Details

This project involved the construction of all road and drainage works for the Pimpama Waste Water Treatment Plant project located at Pimpama.

Ultimately a Gold Coast City Council asset, the Treatment Plant was in the final stages of construction when Alder became involved in the roadworks and drainage component of the Plant. Because the works by Alder were required to be completed whilst the Plant was being completed, a great deal of co-ordination was required between Alder and other contractors to minimise disruption to each others work.

The works were completed ahead of schedule and to a very high standard of quality. As an indication of the Client’s satisfaction with Alder’s performance, a continual stream of additional works were given to Alder throughout the project in the knowledge that they would be completed correctly, quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss.
