Airlie Summit underway with first stage complete
The highly anticipated Airlie Summit project developed by Alder Developments and constructed by Alder Constructions is well underway with the first stage complete and the first lots now ready to build upon.
The 24-hectare parcel of land sits on top of the highest zoned land in Airlie Beach and is one of the last major subdivisions in the area, capturing stunning views of the Whitsunday Islands and backing onto Conway National Park.
Consisting of a total of 89 residential and apartment lots, Airlie Summit will provide a privileged location for a select few. The first release, the Lookout Release comprises 16 premium residential lots.
Alder Developments general manager Greg Tupicoff says the vision for creating a one-of-a-kind master planned community is taking shape.
“There is nothing quite like Airlie Summit with its picturesque location atop the highest available land in Airlie Beach capturing panoramic vistas of the Whitsunday Islands and the township of Airlie Beach below,” says Mr Tupicoff.
“Here residents will enjoy a secluded location within a beautiful seaside enclave not far from Airlie Beach and the wonders of the Whitsundays, the Great Barrier Reef and all that these natural wonders have to offer.
“With construction now complete, the first release is ready to build upon and we look forward to watching this bespoke hilltop community taking shape.”
With an elevated location, Mr Tupicoff said careful consideration has been given to the size and shape of each lot to ensure each block captures the natural attributes of the location embracing the expansive island, bay, and ocean views on offer.
“Sitting some 200 metres above sea level, we have purposely embraced the natural slope of the site,” says Mr Tupicoff.
“With varying slope and aspect, each block will instigate the creation of home designs that work in harmony with the natural surroundings, sub-tropical weather, and abundance of natural light.
“A sloping block allows owners along with their architects and builders to be innovative when it comes to designing their homes as sloping sites provide the opportunity for higher ceilings and a feeling of more space, air and light.”
The residential lots range in size from 622sqm to 1,027sqm+ and are now actively selling.
