Building, civil, now asset renewal – Alder expands yet again
An Asset Renewal division is the latest addition to the Alder Group banner – a standalone business unit created in response to the significant growth and demand of the company’s remedial services.
The new division, which focuses on working on existing building structures to ensure they conform to current building standards, is headed by the newly appointed General Manager, Shane Pelczer.
Shane who has been with the Alder for 20 years, has played a pivotal role in the expansion of the company’s remedial projects.
Drawing on his wealth of experience and expertise gained throughout his career with Alder, Shane has a comprehensive understanding of the business and has exceptional problem-solving skills making him well positioned to lead the asset renewal team and drive the unit’s continued growth and success.
Alder Constructions’ CEO, Dean Cheffers says the establishment of the Asset Renewal division is testament to Alder’s dedication to continued growth and improvement.
‘While remedial work has long been part of the Alder’s list of offerings, the demand for these services have increased leading to the creation of a dedicated division which will enable our asset renewal team to continue to grow and expand,” says Mr Cheffers.
“We are proud of the ongoing efforts and dedication displayed by our professional and experienced team, and we look forward to watching this division continue to prosper in the years to come.”
The Asset Renewal division has recently been awarded the $3.2 million facade repainting project at Peppers Soul and the $0.5 million Mantra on View plantroom and rooftop rectification.
