Project Details
The Palm Beach Medical Centre is a complete Design & Construct project that has become the new home for one of the Gold Coast’s most prominent Bone and Joint Specialists: – The Orthopaedic Practice Pty Ltd.
The facility is designed to accommodate new patient consultation and post-operation care, treatment, observation and rehabilitation. The building consists of a full-sized basement carpark which was constructed in dunal sands with extremely tight boundary constraints. The ground floor office and consultancy includes patient waiting areas, doctor and professional health services suites, treatment rooms and amenities.
The project also includes a 30kW solar system bank that runs the building free of mains power during standard facility operating hours.
Work Undertaken

- Basement and retaining structures.
- Ground Floor structures and roofing.
- All services rough-in.
- 30kW solar system.
- External cladding.
- External rendering.
- Ceilings linings and partitions.
- External civil car parking and landscaping works.
