The greatest challenges with this project were to ensure zero harm resulted to the Casino’s patrons and workers and minimal impact occurred on the Casino’s operations whilst still delivering it on time and to the quality required in this five (5) star entertainment precinct. Easier said than done considering how much foot traffic occurs in the aforementioned key patron areas, which are all open 24/7!
One of the key methods utilised by Alder to meet these challenges was to employ the use of an engineered scaffold system. The entire hotel Atrium lobby and entry foyer façades were treated with this scaffold system, which enabled all high level works to be completed in the safest possible manner.
Alder are proud of the fact that despite the aforementioned challenges, works were completed on time, to the complete satisfaction of our Client and more importantly without incident to the Casino’s patrons and workers.
