Heavy works included pre-cast panel foundations jetted up to 7 metres depth, storm water pits re-introducing water back to the sand, plus feature works like varied textured and coloured reinforced concrete slabs providing both structural links and propping to the foundations and a theme to the walk ways. As well, cast-in-situ seating, stair ways, vehicular ramps, handrails with concrete dividers or stainless balustrades, rebated lighting in many structures and walkways, upgrading of the Surfers Paradise arch and soft landscaping including irrigation all added to the glamorous presentation now on show.
A number of subcontractors added to the professionalism that our team put together, particularly Australian Sheet Piling and Professional Turf and Garden.
