The Alder Place corporate office is located on Siganto Drive, Helensvale and has direct exposure to both the north and southbound view of the M1 motorway. With an emphasis on fine detail, Alder Constructions, has created a landmark project for the Northern Gold Coast business precinct.

Undercroft carparking for up to 40 vehicles.
3 levels of office tenancy space.
High quality external claddings and finishes.
Corporate level internal office fit-out and well appointed amenities to all levels.
Landscaping to all levels of the building.
Designing a stand out project for the Siganto Drive frontage and providing a landmark building which can be seen from the M1 motorway.
Maximising the usable land area to accommodate multiple business tenancies.
Obtaining an alternative and detailed fire engineering solution for the building via QFES.
