The project scope included internal demolition and reinstatement of mall tiling—overcoming challenges such as unprecedented screed depths—alongside the demolition and upgrade of public amenities, installation of new entrance structures, façade cladding, tenancy signage, fencing, and external tiling. Despite latent conditions typical of ageing infrastructure, the project was delivered ahead of schedule. Extensive stakeholder engagement and meticulous staging ensured uninterrupted access and minimal disruption throughout construction.
