Project Details

This award winning project saw the construction of a three storey facility containing two levels of driving range bays, professional golf training studios, gymnasium, conference rooms, suspended swimming pool and sauna facilities, health bar cafe, Italian clay and hard court tennis courts, putt putt and other outdoor entertainment areas. High quality finishes and generous open areas featured in the design.

With combined building and civil capabilities under one roof, Alder Constructions also completed the external civil and infrastructure works. The golf and tennis academy is located in a prime position within the Carrara sporting precinct, in close proximity to Metricon Stadium and Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, venues used in the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
