Project Details

Having successfully completed 2 previous stages at Emmanuel College, Alder Constructions was entrusted with the delivery of the College’s flagship project – The Emmanuel Theatre auditorium.

The construction of the new 469 seat, state-of-the-art auditorium was logistically challenging due to the tight site constraints. The building footprint was bordered by two multi-level operational classroom blocks, performing arts centre, 6m high retaining wall and Chapel, with single lane access road. This project was successfully delivered despite tight site constraints with minimal disruption to school activities.
