The Alder developments team led the project end-to-end, managing site acquisition, planning, design, and the full leasing process. The result is a premium three-level office complex offering 5,682m² of high-spec commercial space, café facilities, and a 165-space basement carpark. The asset is now actively managed by Alder as part of its growing property portfolio.
Constructed by Alder, the project features a striking architectural design with high-level timber batten ceilings, halo lighting, glazed curtain walls, and a prominent façade with M1 Motorway exposure. The build included detailed civil works, external hardscaping, soft landscaping, and infrastructure such as driveways and footpaths. Despite a logistically challenging site, the team delivered a seamless construction process, incorporating a full basement carpark, suspended floor levels, and premium amenities. The development has attracted a strong mix of private and government tenants, cementing its place as a key commercial hub in the northern Gold Coast corridor.
