Project Details

The Country Club project is the complete construction of a luxury over 50’s resort style complex which provides a central recreation and dining location
for the many residents of the Seachange Estate. The building comprises of two high quality floor areas totalling 1,800m² of amenable space.

Scope of Works

Full tilt panel and structural steel frame construction.
Feature external claddings including longline metal wall sheeting, stone feature walls and urban line wall panelling.
Decorative internal finishes such as marble floor and wall tiling, stone cladding, timber stairs, timber feature wall panelling and decorative joinery.
The incorporation of dining facilities, woodworking and arts and crafts rooms.
Two swimming pools including a heated indoor pool.
A spa and lounge area including massage room.
A fully featured cinema entertainments room.
An external Teppanyaki BBQ area.
