Zupp Place is located on Marine Parade, overlooking the Southport Broadwater and Parklands. The project comprised of a complete refurbishment of the ground floor lobby, front entry, amenities, rear entry and Level 7 base building upgrade.

The end result is an impressive display of architectural design to a high quality standard which has put the building in the premier commercial grade of Southport, adding significant value to the owners and occupiers.

Complete demolition of all existing finishes including the existing lobbies and amenities
New tiling and pavements
Natural stone cladding to walls
High quality finishes
New illuminated signage and correlating feature lights
Complete façade makeover with the use of aluminium composite panel
Architectural & structural design input and detailing
Use of artistic & modern finishes
Compliance with difficult access and loading restrictions
Coordination with existing tenants as the building remained fully operational during the construction period
Preparation and implementation of staging plans throughout the project to allow existing businesses to continue to operate throughout the project works
