Alder Constructions has successfully completed Mermaid Sanctuary – a private and exclusive 12 Lot residential development on Lake Wonderland.

Alder Constructions completed the early demolition works on this once private residence, negotiating and delivering the next phase of the project including earthworks, services installation, retaining structures, access road, landscaping and beautification.

Scope of Works

Design coordination for structural elements.
Demolition works including asbestos removal by licenced contractors.
Community engagement and liaison due to limited access via residential street leading to development site.
Logistics management of materials and deliveries.
Stringent environmental and erosion and sediment controls due to proximity to sensitive marine area.
Clearing, grubbing and earthworks.
Concrete sleeper retaining wall installation.
Rigid concrete pavement construction with architectural finishes.
Internal and external stormwater and drainage infrastructure including SPEL stormwater quality improvement device.
Water and sewerage reticulation and connections.
