Project Details
Alder Constructions delivered the Design and Construction of 5ML reservoirs and associated works at Beaudesert Water Treatment Plant. The project featured the construction of two reinforced concrete reservoirs, both 8m high and 25m in diameter, connecting to the existing plant facility via an underground pipe network.
Detailed planning and coordination of live connections and commissioning with the plant operators was critical to the success of the project, to ensure uninterrupted service to the community. The completion of this project provides a critical point of connection for the new 27km pipeline and SEQ water grid and additional water storage and security for the surrounding community.
