Expanding our geographical footprint in South East Queensland, Alder Constructions was awarded the facade refurbishment of Oaks Lexicon Apartments in Brisbane CBD.

Prominently located on the corner of Ann and Wharf Streets, the refurbishment works were completed in a live environment. This required a high degree of coordination and meticulous planning to ensure pedestrian and disabled access was  maintained throughout the duration of construction.

Our experienced project team maintained a high level of compliance to stringent safety requirements.
