Internal appointment to spearhead SEQ

We are excited to announce Tim Cadden as our new Qld Building Manager!

Tim joined Alder Constructions as a Senior Project Manager, leading our teams on two key D&C projects in Logan and Gold Coast regions – The York Commercial Precinct and M1 Connect Business Hub. He provides mentorship to our up and coming as well as support to the wider team. Tim’s leadership ethos – of leading from the front – cultivates a supportive and productive
team environment; ensuring the development of our  people and success of our projects.

His key appointment complements our NSW Building Manager, Marty Brennan whose extensive knowledge of the northern NSW construction industry has seen our increased presence in region over the last 18 months, delivering key infrastructure for local councils and NSW government departments. Congratulations Tim on this great achievement!
